Platform role
CarLink SA provides a platform that allows private buyers and sellers to connect. CarLink SA is not the owner, seller or purchaser of listed vehicles.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, act lawfully and perform their own checks before entering into a transaction.
Listings
CarLink SA may review, reject, suspend or remove listings that appear inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with platform requirements.
Payments and fees
Listing and service fees will be disclosed before payment. Transaction and refund rules will be finalised before commercial launch.
Limitation
Users remain responsible for inspections, documentation, finance settlement, payment arrangements and ownership transfer.
